I moved the fock out of Buttmont in 2008, a lovely time to try to sell a home in a rural neighborhood. I spent the next nine years putting up with lousy tenants without much of a choice. I finally got a contract on it, and Hurricane Harvey came along and put 58 inches of water in it, causing $125,000 in damage. A contractor then ripped me of, but I whupped his ass in court and became a large thorn in his side until he finally paid me back.
