Lesser charges are included in the instructions given to the jury before the beginning of deliberations.

Rittenhouse's defense attorneys and Rittenhouse himself confirmed they accepted including the lesser chargers.  Poor choice on his part in my opinion.  Unless I'm missing something but pretty sure I heard he agreed to it.

I can't speak for Herb, but liberals far prefer seeing their kids dressed all in black, burning and rioting and fighting for their cause. You know that most of the people that protested were not wearing black and were not rioting nor stealing. There were fringe people doing very bad things and until this day people who were righteously protesting felt those people in black were very bad people and were purposely there to make the protests look bad and to promote fear in the general public. 

 

I’m not claiming that whites were mostly stealing or burning as I clearly saw blacks running in and out of Target, etc. I am saying that I saw many videos of young blacks claiming that there was an organized group that were white, wearing all black and instigating rioting and destroying property under the guise of being a part of the protests.

Hey, in no way was I claiming that a few people were responsible for all the damage from the protests. I was pointing out that there was an additional element that was trying to start trouble. I was trying to let you guys know that most of the protests were peaceful…disruptive but peaceful. Someone here on this thread even showed a video of all blacks carrying guns in Stone Mountain, GA. No one was looting or rioting or killing. 

I’m glad you guys are proud of Kyle who drove  to another state to stand up for what he thought was right and good. To be involved in a protest or to be against a protest is his right as a citizen.

Who would burn or loot? There is no racial element. Based on the posts I’ve read here, it’s really only the angry blacks that destroy, riot, loot and steal. Everyone and everything should be as safe as kittens since all involved are white. (Everyone is safe except the dead people Kyle shot.)
