I don't see racism in the clip, I just see the cops detain the black kid first, then turn their attention to the white one. The white kid should get the same treatment and so, assuming vomit's follow up is true and he walked away while only the black kid was detained, then vomit would have a valid case.

Fact is she was of more use to her partner than her attempting to cuff anyone by herself. She’s most likely incapable of it. I’ve been saying this for a long time, yet it never seems to sink in.  Lower the standards, this is what you get. Lower standards is a much bigger issue than alleged systemic racism. Fear makes you indecisive and ineffective. 100 pound women tend to be more fearful. A couple of strong cops could have probably handled that with words.

Assault is an act that places a reasonable person in fear of imminent physical harm. Just waiving a finger in someone’s face probably isn’t enough. Were that act accompanied by verbal threats of violence, drawing back the fist, etc., then you would probably have an assault.
