Repudiate the wish for harm.  But do hope that he doesn’t continue to be involved as a political leader - our standards for that need to be higher than what he chose to do.

Whatever anybody thinks of Obama or Biden, comparing their morality to Trump’s is laughable.

As for Obama spending 4 years in Indonesia as a young child, I personally know some very devout Christians born and raised in Indonesia. One who knows nothing of the country might assume that since it is majority Muslim, that Christianity doesn’t exist there. They would be completely wrong; Christians make up about 10% of the population. Oh… and Obama attended a Catholic school there, and was a member of the Cub Scouts (a Christian organization if you weren’t aware).

As for Biden, there is a difference between one’s personal beliefs and attempting to create laws or install justices to enforce them upon others. One might argue that a true Christian would not support a law banning abortion, instead encouraging people to choose not to “sin” and if they do sin, to ask forgiveness (if they believe abortion is a sin, since isn’t even mentioned in the Bible).

Regarding indictments: Just a day or two before the televised hearing, we saw the sedition charges against the Proud Boys leadership. The video shown during the hearing showed why. I have a feeling there will be more indictments as the process moves forward and the evidence is given to the DoJ. The little snippets of testimony shown are a tiny fraction of what the committee has gathered.

Also, the documentary footage shown wasn’t financed by the government. It was given to them by the filmmaker, who spoke pursuant to a subpoena.
