I think the judge is a clown for not throwing it out immediately. Refer them to Judge Judy. Don’t waste time in real court with this nonsense.

Well he said he can't throw it out because it wasn't filed in the correct court.  He also said that the guy would have to file a motion to throw it out, that he couldn't do it.

Sounded like the judge was making the woman pay for all the fees for this court and I believe that the guy can probably get any costs he endures back from her if it's thrown out.

The woman filed in the wrong court.  It is required to ask the defendant if he has representation or if he wants representation when accused of a felony.
