Glory.  I thought he was amazing in that movie.   But I enjoy his work, he’s just a fantastic actor

I assume, at the end, after Peta is recovered and he is in the car with the kidnappers that he had a charger up his ass with a bomb in it just like he did to the one kidnapper so he could take out the rest even after his death.  Was that your assumption as well?

Crimson Tide would've been if they ended the movie right Gene Hackman slaps across the face a couple of times.

Since that didn't happen I'll go with The Negotiator.

Fallen was one of my favorite movies of him but I think the best was The Hurricane.  It's hard to choose though.

I just remembered Book of Eli.  I think I'm putting that ahead of Fallen.

I just remembered Book of Eli.  I think I'm putting that ahead of Fallen.

Loved Book of Eli, came here to mention it.  That being said, I voted for Glory, just a phenomenal movie.  Loved Training Day as well but it is almost like a caricature of a Denzel Washington character, too over the top.

I haven't seen Man on Fire but have heard good things about it, I'll need to put that on my list.

Training Day is the only one listed I’ve seen. Also remember him from Ricochet and The Might Quinn. Of those 3 TMQ was probably my favorite.

Check out Flight.  It is not the typical well spoken tough guy movies he usually does. 

While Man on Fire is far from a great movie for me it is like Tombstone and the Godfather, if it is on I will watch it.
