It is refreshing to see the honesty in that video, all around.

I haven't watched that entire video, but my problem with his video is as follows:  he starts with the premise of "this poll says half of black people don't think it is OK to be white?  Well then fock them$#@!" and I get that attitude.  But then he follows it up with "so that's what I did..." and describes how he lives in a lily white neighborhood with no trash on the streets.  So his "fock them" indignance didn't just start with this poll.

It's a shame, too, because I think this could be an interesting discussion.  The media and leftist culture has been poking the white bear for a while now, eventually that bear is likely to react...

The poll in question asked if the respondent agreed with the statement "it's ok to be white" a statement started on 4chan 5 years ago and adopted by white supremacists.  Only 26% disagreed with the statement.  Hell I disagree with the statement because it's stupid, but I don't hate white people.  I also disagree with black lives matter, I think it's stupid too, but that doesn't mean I hate black people or think their lives don't matter.

Also the poll overwhelmingly agrees that black people can be racist too.

I love how the Left concludes that the black people who voted in the Rasmussen poll answered the question knowing that "It's ok to be white" was a white supremacist phrase that came from 4chan, and that's what they were objecting to.  These aren't serious people.  They're clowns.

So, bar I used to frequent, there was a black guy who had his hair dyed allegedly blonde but it came out orange. And he was a regular. I'm not even sure this is the real name from planet of the apes, but his bar name was Julius. That's a name you have behind the bar that you don't share with the customers. Like stinky guy or lazy eye, or pervo, etc...

Everybody knew what Julius meant; He was the orange-haired ape with the light tan leather jacket in planet of the apes.

One day, there was a new bartender. And she's all perky and friendly and whatnot. And I guess she was reading the tickets behind the bar.. Damned if she didn't walk straight up to the guy and go " hey Julius how are you?" 😁

That was Dr. Zaius. Julius looked nothing like you describe.

As opposed to you guys that think that a majority of black people in America actually think that it's not OK to be white.

My understanding is that a total of 47% of blacks either disagreed OR were not sure, hence they "did not agree" as per my post.

And I agree with Patented Phil that it is unlikely that a lot of the respondents have your level of 4chan knowledge.

That being said there are other potential concerns with the poll, like its size which I believe was around 1k people.

I stand by my post: he showed he is racist, but I think there is an underlying groundswell which is not racist and which is getting tired of this stuff.

Not really, it only frees up 6.7M now, but it means he's off the books in 2024, and that's when we spend money, not this year.

I don’t think so. I think these guys want to try and make a leap now. We’ll see

Did you read this?

Does disagreed mean "did not agree?"

26% disagreed with the statement "It's OK to be white"  Stop spinning.

I don't recall there being any good free agent WR's, but the extra cash could make them more open to trading for a good WR who has a big price tag.

21% said they were not sure.  So they did not agree, nor did they disagree.  HTH

That was Adams' point, unless you think he thinks that 26% is almost half.

Adams misinterpreted the results, and in doing so outed himself as being full on racist.

Quote

Adams, however, seemingly misinterpreted the results when he said "nearly half of all Blacks are not okay with white people." That's because 47 percent did not respond by saying they disagreed with the statement—only 26 percent responded that they "disagree," while an additional 21 percent replied by answering "not sure."

Another important consideration with the Rasmussen Reports poll is that it asked people if they "agree or disagree with this statement: 'It's OK to be white.'" The question wasn't posed to Black people if they thought it was okay to be white. As such, some respondents could have been aware of the controversial baggage associated with the statement that's been used by some white supremacists.

Polling is a very precise science based on probabilities and statistics.  Sample size correlates to the margin of error which is always displayed. While it's hard to wrap our brains around it, a sampling of 1,000 people is very much representative of the overall group.

If anything, the Rasmussen poll may have under-represented the amount of black racism.  Rasmussen is one of the few polling outfits that relies on land-lines to develop its sample.  Who still uses land-lines?  Older people.  And older people tend to be more conservative in nature.  That is one of the ongoing criticisms of Rasmussen polls - that they are inherently conservative.

Enjoy your red herring on how to interpret being unsure if it is OK to be white.  I tried giving you the way a logician would interpret it, but hey, you've got Newsweek on your side so, congrats?

Also I've said twice that he is racist, maybe read my posts before correcting me?

He didn't misinterpret anything.  He wasn't precise with his words.  He should have said, "47% of blacks don't agree that it's ok to be white" rather than "[47% of] blacks are not ok with white people."  This is what the Left does - they parse words to get a desired outcome.  It's not a good faith practice, and it's one of the big reasons Conservatives view Liberals so negatively and untrustworthy.  Bottom line - the black answer to this question should have been 100% agreement that it's ok to be white.  Do all the mental gymnastics you want, but people with a functioning brain understand that the results of this poll confirm what many Americans have seen developing over the last 10-15 years - that blacks have been conditioned to feel racism and animosity towards whites.  The obvious next question would be "Why?" but that's not a question Liberals will even consider asking, never mind answering.  It's easier, and it fits the narrative much better, to label Adams as a racist and cancel him.  It also delegitimizes the very concerning reality that he and the poll brought to light.  Bravo Liberals!
