Right?  As everyone knows, basic math says that less than 1% of your consumer base has much, much more effect on your sales than the other 99%.  I mean, that's BASIC math.  Hello!!

You're making a joke, but don't forget that math is incredibly RACISS and therefore can't be trusted. :nono:

OMG!!!!  Maybe math is transphobic as well!! :shocking:

And nothing for the mentally ill trannies?  If they offer to one side and not the other, they only hurt themselves more....But if they offer to ether side they likely hurt themselves further....

But is not the military now inclusive of transvestites and transexuals?

In theory yes.

But here is the rub.  If you show support for the military but fail to show commensurate support for the mentally ill tranny's..... the tranny's will react forcefully....

So....the problem here is that you then have to again show the tranny support, and further p!ss off the people who actually buy your product in enough volume to matter....

I agree they have a conundrum.  That is why I referenced, early on in this thread, the demise of Schilitz.  It happened fast.  Once the public rejects a brand it is hard to bring it back. Schlitz went from dominating the market to an irrelevancy in a very short time.

Anheuser-Busch found out in real time just how choppy the waters can get when corporations wade into the culture wars that are at the center of the social media conversation these days.

Bud Light has been America's most popular beer for years, but now people on both sides of the political aisle are disavowing the drink.

Gay bars in Chicago and across the country are refusing to sell AB InBev products after the company distanced itself from an ad campaign featuring a transgender.

Now the gays and trannies are boycotting Bud Light.

I saw a Budweiser commercial last night during the NBA game.  Looks like this fiasco means they have to start advertising with commercials on TV again.  It had been years since I've seen a Budweiser commercial.  Anything to replace cell phone provider and auto insurance provider commercials is fine with me.

KEEP LILY'S NAME OUT YOUR FOCKING MOUTH!!!!

(At least before she started hiding her expanding ass.  I think she's getting back into objectification shape, though.)

Those Verizon commercials are terrible though. Chick does nothing for me and they have "celebrities" like Julian Edelman and Seth Meyers acting awkward as fock.

I have no complaints against Lily, she's good ... to objectify!

Fair enough.  But standard practice now. We allowed this to happen in the past.  It was really a mostly left-sourced action, it started with a business-centric focus and elevated into social media....but cancellation has been a liberal tool for the most part for a long time.....and as with most weapons, they can be turned back on you....

I mean the Bud Light thing is stupid, the Disney thing is stupid, the Aunt Jemima and Uncle Ben stuff was stupid. The boycotting the Dixie Chicks was stupid, the Great American boycott, the boycott of Smith and Wesson in the 90's because they supported some gun control policies of Clinton, the Coors strike in the 70's and 80's......all stupid. All done by both sides of the political aisle.

What makes it all stupider anymore is that people do it to try and get social media likes and attention as opposed to actually being invested in the anger.

Your last point is such an important observation.  The need to escalate is integral to this thing now.  That element is problematic because the pursuits become ever more comical and clownish.

Is this the most effective boycott ever? I think it would have to be as far as speaking about the amount of money lost and the damage to a legacy brand. Ford had cars that actually exploded and it wasn’t as bad as this.

The trannies and everyone else that upset.  Everyone needs to get away for a while and take a break.

I echo your sentiments.  We have allowed this behavior to manifest and now we have an entire generation that hates this country and beleives emphatically that they should tear it down and therefore anything they do is fighting evil, and when that is your mentality all of this seems more than allowable, it seems imperative.....welcome to the now I guess

We keep electing leaders that push it further as well.

Yeah I remember collecting Marlboro miles in college.  We were trying to get something like a million miles to get a dart board, but ended up with a hat.

Also there is a documentary on netflix about the guy that tried to win the jet plane from Pepsi if you're interested.

I was maybe 10. Coke had a thing where people could show up at a local mall and use bottle caps to buy stuff. I think it was an auction. I showed up with probably 100 bottle caps or something like that. People were there with many thousands. I remember one guy had a wheelbarrow full. I was like oh 🤔
