Marine doing Marine sh!t

If i were on the jury i would encourage the most radical jury nullification of all time.  I would find him not guilty but the D.A. guilty and sentenced to a public flogging..

Do nothing and it’s hard to look at yourself in the mirror.  Take issue and you get jumped or if you get the upper hand you are a racist.  No win situation.  Welcome to America in 2023.  And some of you clowns keep it going.

So sad that nobody knocked him the fock out.  But that's where we are as a society.  You can't defend a woman because a man has a quick twitch to violence, who happens to be the right color to be excused for such a lack of physical control.  :(

We need to stop excusing the violence of the black.

You shouldn’t have to feel threatened by or intimidated by anyone.  And if you choose to defend yourself, the race of any of the participants shouldn’t factor. But these sissified half men like Gutterboy and Dumb Cows, amongst others, don’t see it that way. Cowards.

This is what passes for 'justice' in New York and what rioters mean when they use the term. Why would anybody with a sense of decency want to live in a crime-riddled, leftoid toilet?

They have no decency, no morals, they are the product of the devil, and they will pay for their sins

Again, liberals love violence, uncertainty and discomfort. This is what keeps them in power, they don't exist without each other.

What did the tox screen say?  Manslaughter seems a bit much.  I cant wait for the riots after the not guilty verdict

Negligence seems more appropriate if anything.

If you are a business owner in NYC, and perhaps elsewhere, and this thing goes to trial you absolutely want to have your place empty when he is acquitted.....the mob only sees justice from one angle.

Moreover, if you are like a CVS etc....just close now.... get out of there, let the mob burn and loot each other.

They’re likely going to make much of the guy in the video who says “you can let him go now”. But that is really a judgment call. I don’t see how any reasonable person wouldn’t have a whole lot of doubt about this.

There was no rioting after the George Zimmerman trial, and this case is similar to that one in that the guy being charged is NOT part of the police, but a private citizen. I think that makes a significant difference and I do t think there will be rioting in this case either.

I hope you are correct, I am not confident that you are, but it would be nice if people returned to allowing the system to work as it does(albeit imperfect) and just being an adult.

If they have an objection then pursuing it through the opportunities within the system.  Time will tell.

He's going to have to face some sort of punishment.  He killed a man and it wasn't in self defense.  It certainly wasn't murder but he was responsible for that man's death.

I disagree.  The dead man is responsible for his own death.  He created the circumstances that got him killed.

While I don't completely disagree with you, I'm not sure that's going to hold up in court.  I hope he doesn't face too stiff of a punishment because I honestly just think he was trying to help and not kill the man.

Section 35.15 New york Penal Code

1. A person may, subject to the provisions of subdivision two, use physical force upon another person when and to the extent he or she reasonably believes such to be necessary to defend himself, herself or a third person from what he or she reasonably believes to be the use or imminent use of unlawful physical force by such other person, unless:

(a) The latter's conduct was provoked by the actor with intent to cause physical injury to another person;  or

(b) The actor was the initial aggressor;  except that in such case the use of physical force is nevertheless justifiable if the actor has withdrawn from the encounter and effectively communicated such withdrawal to such other person but the latter persists in continuing the incident by the use or threatened imminent use of unlawful physical force;  or

(c) The physical force involved is the product of a combat by agreement not specifically authorized by law.

2. A person may not use deadly physical force upon another person under circumstances specified in subdivision one unless:

(a) The actor reasonably believes that such other person is using or about to use deadly physical force.  Even in such case, however, the actor may not use deadly physical force if he or she knows that with complete personal safety, to oneself and others he or she may avoid the necessity of so doing by retreating;  except that the actor is under no duty to retreat if he or she is:

(i) in his or her dwelling and not the initial aggressor;  or

(ii) a police officer or peace officer or a person assisting a police officer or a peace officer at the latter's direction, acting pursuant to section 35.30;  or

(b) He or she reasonably believes that such other person is committing or attempting to commit a kidnapping, forcible rape, forcible criminal sexual act or robbery;  or

(c) He or she reasonably believes that such other person is committing or attempting to commit a burglary, and the circumstances are such that the use of deadly physical force is authorized by subdivision three of section 35.20.

Is Spider-Man a hero?

It’s a serious question. This fictional character has superhuman strength and webs himself around Manhattan punching out thugs. Any time he punches somebody he could easily kill them, or cause brain damage. So is he a hero? Or is J. Jonah Jameson right?

I don't get why it has to be perceived "deadly physical force". Take a swing at a person I care for and you die. Why the fock differentiate between deadly force and force with intent to damage another human?

Yeah, so could people who are screaming at others and have a history of damaging other humans. There should be a celebration that the guy is dead. It's all just a study of human nature until it gets personal.

The law does not sanction killing a person for being an annoyance.  Basically the same rule applys to defense of another as applies to defense of self.

Excellent!  $875K so far!

He's going to need it with Bragg trying to acquire as many virtues as possible.  Seriously, though, I have no idea how people can live in these cities with these far left DA's letting every criminal get off and only going after law-abiding citizens.
