If he's gone for the year, he aint coming back ever.

i expect him to be done for the season but disagree, since he already expressed a desire to play 2 seasons. I don't see a guy like him being willing to have his career end like that.

Depends on the severity but if it is a torn Achilles I’d have to think that would be VERY tough to come back from, at his age

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers is feared to have suffered a serious Achilles tendon injury four plays into his New York debut Monday night, according to coach Robert Saleh.

"It's not good," Saleh said after his team's 22-16 overtime win against the Buffalo Bills on "Monday Night Football."

Rodgers will have an MRI on Tuesday to "confirm what we think is already going to happen," Saleh said.

Going to be rough coming back from that and he is probably done.

He will heal in a year but not be 100% for 2 years.  That said, his position is about throwing not running.  If he was a runner or receiver hed be done for sure.  But maybe he can come back

With surgery and rehab can take 8-12 months and if that’s the case won’t ready for next years camp and won’t be able to start the season on time.

Man Jets are snake bitten. Vinny Testicleverde all over again. (He was in the house last night as well).

If he is done, I will look back on the Aaron Rodgers Era with the Jets with fond memories.

I look forward to 2038 when the Jets will give the Packers a second and third round draft pick for Jordan Love.

I hear achilles injuries tend to heal quicker with ivermectin.

I would think a good week or 2 in some nut hut, drinking your own urine would help.

You want to inject some bleach into the area too. Really clean it out and get it all disinfected — helps tremendously with the healing

I hear they heal quicker when the people are starving under socialism and have to chase down rats or starve to death

there are now only 3 active QBs who have won a super bowl as a starter.

1. Patrick Mahomes x2
2. Matthew Stafford
3. Russell Wilson

recent ones that dropped off the list:

1. Aaron Rodgers (injury)
2. Tom Brady (retired)
3. Nick Foles (free agent)
4. Peyton Manning (retired)
5. Joe Flacco (free agent)

If ever there was a dude to try weird ass experimental shiit to recover from an injury, it’s ‘Dark Retreat’ Rodgers….. No way he goes out like this, his ego won’t allow it - he’ll be back.

Maybe his witch GF can cast a healing spell upon the tendon. Agreed about his ego.

Sad that Packer fans are celebrating this.

I am and I'm not ashamed one bit.  For quite awhile in GB he's been a miserable pr!ck, who got one coach fired, called for the GM to be fired, passive-aggressively played games with the organization through the press and the McCafey show while complaining the entire time about their not being direct communication. Captain communication intentionally misled everyone about his vaccine status. Pouted til the team hired his friends to play with him. He forced the team into a horrible contract to show they were committed to him and then after 1 season forces a trade; completely screwing the Packers salary cap, then agreeing to a much more favorable contract with the Jets(I"m convinced this was completely vindictive).

Fock him and his little games---I think it's funny that he decided to go to a team that was one piece away and not realizing that piece wasn't a QB, but a stout offensive line.

He says he is coming back for the playoffs. I guess he was traded to another team already?

Kaepernick is avialable as is Johnny Manziel.

It's obvious now that kaepernick was ousted because he was a black QB. Had nothing to due with his lack of talent. No team wants a black QB these days.

I don't think reeling off 1+3 wins gets them in the playoffs but it can disrupt Cleveland's positioning.

He runs the team. They should squash it now and tell him that he's not coming back this season. But they don't have the balls.
