My boss is being an Ahole

I've been working at this new place for a while now. These people are clock-watching nazis. 

In between projects, not a lot going on I take a sh1t and scroll Instagram for a little bit. When I walk out my boss is standing there like he's been watching me the whole time. Focking creep.

Yesterday my wife called me crying because she got into a car accident. I told the boss clocked out, got her home, and made sure the car was towed to the right place. I get back and this jackass is asking all kinds of questions like I made up the whole thing. I wasn't gone for more than an hour and a half. 

I didn't think it was a big deal but this dude will not let it go... Thankfully he's been on his phone (during work hours mind you) doing God knows what. 

Anyway, I'm looking for a new job this weekend.

Sorry OP, but I’m an owner of two business, and it’s hard to find people, but it’s even harder to find people that want to work, I’ve heard a lot of story’s of why someone has to miss work or leave early.  But I want a Dr notice before one can return if you call in sick, or some kind of document showing us why you missed work.  

I have no problem with what the boss is doing.

Who dafuk goes to the Dr's office when they call out sick for a day or two? Take the day off, get some focking rest and take some vitamins then go back to work tomorrow or the next day.

Maybe you should set up a station in your kitchen for your sick employees to swab and test positive ... If you can't trust the people working for you then why did you hire them in the first place?

We do, Dr note before one can return to work, we not have people miss work, but they do it’s a Dr note or new job, either way business goes on.  Thanks.

Not true, we have employees that enjoy working for us, they are family, not just an employee, people today don’t have any drive to work, they rather stay home and smoke weed, not on my shift.
