The global diversity executive at Facebook stole 4 million dollars

Recommended Posts

Just robbing from the rich and giving to herself, a diverse person who was seeking equitable inclusion in the class of folks who have lots of money.  Maybe it was an homage to the BLM folks, the Black Lives Matter folks not the good people at the Bureau of Land Management, though they may be irresponsible with their funding too.

DEI seems to be doing really well these days

Now she can afford to buy a house next door to Patrice Cullors.

And how is it possible to steal money from DEI programs?  I'd think that every penny set aside for DEI programs is a gift freely and willingly given to thieves from the moment it's been allocated.

I guess the empty words are way more important than the reality of the situation.

It's an age old stance.

Everyone knows that every morsel of food, every ounce of water, every drop of penicillin that gets sent into Gaza will immediately be stolen by Hamas but the aid gets sent in anyways.

DEI is like that.

Once Facebook allocates any money to DEI, how can they or anyone get pissed off that it's misspent? Of course it's misspent. They can't not misspend it. You just give the money, pat yourself on the back that you've done your duty for giving the money, then move on.

Maybe they "learn their lesson" and give someone else $4M next year.

Maybe they don't care and give her another $4M next year.

Same difference.

It makes it really hard to talk about racism, discrimination or hardships when you have people like this at the forefront. She was given a chance to do really great things: given trust and money and she abused it. It closes doors and cements all the negative stereotypes about working with blacks. She should really be taken to task for this. Her, her family and friends that ripped off Facebook.
Yes, plenty of white folks have done the same, but we as blacks are in a fragile position, especially as a black woman! I’m disgusted, honestly. I look at Jews who take their money and build neighborhoods and schools for their community and here this woman is buying trips and cars and crap that capitalism brainwashes you to believe is important. She should be trying to uplift her people, instead she dragged them in the dirt.

ETA,

I sent a message to the 4 top black news that I follow on Instagram asking why this isn’t a story? They can post about every white police officer that commits a crime against a black driver yet there are crickets about this news.

If she took her job seriously, she'd lecture employees, host Maoist struggle sessions, divide the company, stir racial animosity, investigate Facebook for lack of diversity, and do other things to justify her existence. Frankly, diverting all that money into her personal bank account, while still being able to virtue signal on DEI, is the best return Facebook could have gotten for their money.

That's a bit of a disservice to Dei efforts. The story is supposed to be that only white men abuse power and take advantage for personal gain and if we can just solve that problem, the world would be absolutely awesome.  Then BLM and women like this come along and expose the truth that power will be abused no matter who has it.

Of course, no one will care, so no real harm to the narrative, but the more this happens, the harder it is to ignore that if we had nothing but black women running everything, we'd be in the same boat.  It'd just be black women profiting off of everyone else.

It's not a rave thing or a gender thing.  It's a power thing.  The whole dei narrative is just a thing to get a piece of the corruption pie.

I see that.  Where are all the threads every time a white man has committed white collar crime?  CRICKETS.

But a black woman does it, and all the racist tropes come out.

This is what's in the news today. I'm sure Enron had plenty of white male executives. Pretty sure Bernie Madoff got a thread. You can start a thread about rich white male executives stealing money anytime. But don't blame all white men for their crimes.

The real problem seems to be the theft isn't sophisticated enough to not get caught.

Makes sense. DEI is nothing but a grift anyways.

I for one, fully support companies getting grifted by their virtues and virtue hires.

That was my initial thought... but of course, common sense tells you that the company isn't going to just spend money.  They're going to want to keep their profit margin and/or increase it.  Hence, the best way to offset extra spending is to increase the price of goods and services.  So it's not the company spending their own money, they're just passing the expense on to the customer.

Boyo.  This group does a fantastic job pointing out Biden Family crimes.  You must be a cultist to not recognize it.

Black men and women commit white collar crimes yes, but that isn’t the issue, imo. It is that she is in a role that is supposed to be about getting along with others, exposing our culture to each other and breaking down barriers and stereotypes so we can hire more people of color because we’re equally qualified and bring positive qualities to the workforce. It’s just very sad for me because I work in a field with very few blacks and it’s really hard to get blacks in power or high paying positions. And yes, people are sick and tired of all this diversity training and such. So it’s just proof to those that don’t like it and eat to keep the status quo, that it is unnecessary.
And lastly, why is this still only on FOX News?

This means the news I’m watching isn’t really trying to inform me.

Why do you care if other blacks are in positions of power? Barack Obama was elected to President of the U.S. twice for 8 years so you have the capability to be whatever you want. I'd suggest worry about yourself and not others that you think resemble you.

Yes, and this has been the case for close to 15 years now.   Media stopped being the shield against power in about 2008
