He worked at the Lexus dealership where I got my car. I saw him maybe 6 weeks ago. He got really big, like 250+ big. 

Not sure how many jabs he had.

I own a Lexus.   I also had this daunting feeling this week that my days left going to be and waking up to live another day is limited.   Life is precious and limited and I need to do a better job of letting the people who are important to me, know exactly how much they really mean to me. RIP Kyle dude I didn't know.

I have had so many people I went to HS with die in the past couple of years. This one really struck me hard. 

I asked my 10 year old son the other day if there was anything he felt he needed me to teach/show him, to let me know.    He said he wanted to learn to play sports better

He lived alone. No One heard from him for 2 days. They did a wellness check and there he was.

Heart attack is the rumor. Like I said, he probably was 250+.. 6 feet tall. He really got big the past 5 years

Yeah, unfortunately the Sheep are dropping like flies from the jab. It's only getting worse, most won't make it another 10 years, it's sad.

This type of scares me. I am 48 now and have seen probably seen a lot of my extended group of friends and family die from random heart attacks in the last 10 years or so. Went through a stretch where we lost like 4 in the span of a few months.

But once you get into the “obese”’ section (NIH puts it at 30, not 29), you’re definitely fat unless you’re super jacked.  Which if 6’ tall would be anything over 220.

I played professional baseball at 6’ 190.  I was not overweight nor was my BMI.  Those charts are absolute Bullshit.  I’m now considered obese at 6’ 215.  Fock you and your chart.

The celebration of life was last night. I donated my time and brought my DJ equipment to play music and for people to do any kind of speaking they wanted to do. Wasn't overly sad, some of the stories were quite funny. They ended up paying me $200 anyway. I tried to say no, but they refused.

I hear this and look at my own life.  None of my friends or family members who are close to my age have died.  But I do think about it and understand it’s bound to happen in my life soon enough.  The father of my son’s teammate dropped dead from heart attack a year ago at only 44.  Yikes.

”Overweight” as defined by BMI is usually BS.  But if you fall under “obese” then good chance you’re fat. 6’ 215 would only be “overweight” according to the CDC/NIH
