IMO, it's the same building.  It looks closer because the person shooting the video of the guy on the roof was some distance away from Trump and had zoomed there camera all the way.  That's why the distance and perspective get compressed.

There were 8 shots from the shooter fired 5.1 seconds from first to 8th. A 0.9 second gap till shot 9 and a 10second gap till shot 10. 15.9 seconds from 1st till last shot.
