Tim opened his big mouth before the election.  He opted to end the bet early.  Which is fine but, as EG noted,  Tim had not won the bet based on the terms of the bet.  He should have paid as soon as he requested the end of the bet.  He didn't.  Welcher.  Only after massive pressure did he then request several of us to rule on the bet.   Even after I ruled against him he said he didn't agree with my ruling.  The FACT that had the bet been allowed to run it's full duration Tim would have lost proves that my analysis was correct.  I don't believe one person other than Tim disagreed with my ruling .  A couple said it was a sucky way to lose a bet but they understood the ruling.  And it all stemmed from Tim wanting to be a d*ck and gloat two months before the bet was supposed to end. 

If I were Tim and my opponent chose not to take his winnings because of MY actions, at the very least I would donate the bet winnings to charity.  Tim shouldn't get off of the bet due to his own d*ck moves simply because the winner chose not to collect.  But regardless, Tim refused to pay until he started getting mocked in to oblivion on this bored.  That makes him a welcher. 

There is no evidence he has paid everyone else either.  So, you guys can let him off if you want but he's a welcher as far as I'm concerned.

Tim's biggest problem was that he prematurely tried to collect on the bet.  I explained very clearly before I made the bet that Biden was going to win the vote, but would not be who they nominate at the convention, but he thought he won when Biden locked up enough delegates.   That is not how 'democrat' conventions work.  It is all about power with the authoritarian bastards as they save the 'democracy'.

The House is in charge of certifying the elections.  Ultimately each state would have one vote by whatever the majority of congressman from each state decides.  So if GOP has control of at least 26 states, I would guess Vance would end up getting certified.
