I’m not talking to family or anything like that, but what celebrity, athlete, actor/actress, famous person that passes away that you can think of where you say, man that one actually hurts? 
 

The first one that pops in my head is probably Jordan, already lost Sandberg this year, so I couldn’t really think of another Baseball person or football.

There are no musicians or bands that have a prominent enough place in your life that you wouldn't mourn them when they're gone? If not, I actually kinda feel sorry for you.

I don't care about people who make movies or play sports much, but there's enough music out there that I love that when those musicians die it actually hurts. Prince, Eddie Van Halen, and Lemmy Kilmister were tough.

 Agree. When Ozzy passed I was mourning for him. But he went out the way he wanted. Played his last show two weeks prior to his departure

What the hell.  Music or bands with a prominent place in my life?  What!?!  Bro, if it ain't advancing my goals it doesn't hold a prominent place in my life.

I listen to podcasts mostly and while I like a bunch of music, I almost never bother looking into who made it.  But even if they die, people will always make more music, and don't most of these performers fall off anyway?  And can't you just listen to their music anytime you want anyway?
