It’s good news but it shouldn’t be necessary. The fact that these poor people have to fear being harassed, abused, beaten up anywhere in this country should be unacceptable to all Americans.

The reality of people making poor life decisions can result in more people over the age of 25 being in those jobs. That does not mean we then bulk up job compensation for them. Part of the reason they find themselves in those jobs is the very solution being afforded them, more money for no reason. Those who make better choices enjoy better lives and outcomes, its a great solution to inspire people to achieve.

And "fair" is not the word I use to describe $20 for a starter job intended for HS kids with no training or education.
