I'll add a RB one
Gus Edwards feels like a good dark horse candidate to me. Just using PFF rankings he sits at the #36 running back. He is going to be the starter on a team with a good quarterback and in a Greg Roman offense that he knows and we know Roman loves to run the football.
But case in point why I think he is a dark horse. Take a look at these three stat lines from 2023:
Player A: 219 carries, 1015 rushing yards, 13 touchdowns, 24 targets, 16 catches, 117 receiving yards- 207.2 fantasy points.
Player B: 255 carries, 1035 rushing yards, 8 touchdowns, 38 targets, 29 catches, 170 receiving yards- 195.5 fantasy points
Player 198 carries, 810 rushing yards, 13 touchdowns, 13 targets, 12 catches, 180 receiving yards- 187 fantasy points.
