I might suggest that AOC's understanding of the Constitution and the War Powers Act is limited. I understand, however, that she makes a decent Old Fashion. BTW, my questioning of AOC's acumen does not mean that I am untroubled by the over 50 year question which was never definitively resolved by congress on War Powers. Just one of many subjects they ought to have taken up and resolved but which they leave unaddressed while proposing red meat legislation for their constituents or proposing trap legislation for the other party prior to elections. They ought to address war powers right after addressing immigration, comprehensively.
