Bier Meister 1,742 Posted March 23, 2015 Was there for a week also. 9/22/96. Honeymoon as well. I won the beer chugging contest down by the pool. even though it was nasty Red Stripei we were there our 2nd week (married 9/2/95.... so 9/12/95). i believe we were on a mission to try every drink on their bev menu. Bier Meister 1,742 Posted March 23, 2015 It seems odd to me, but I other than school/sports teams, I've never been on a bus. Never had to take a bus to get to work or home; I always had a car. I guess I've been lucky to never have to take public transportation, even if my car was a piece of shite at times. before being able to drive in hs i would take a 15 min bus ride to school. have taken buses on tours when traveling. for a while when we moved back to sf in 11, i would take the bus to work. 1 bus...straight shot... 30 min. better than dealing with downtown traffic and parking. shotsup 835 Posted March 23, 2015 They say at Sandals you should not tip as it is "included". BS I gave the bell hop 20 bucks and I was hooked up with the best cocaine and weed money could buy within 10 minutes. Then gave head bartender 50 bucks and my wife's and I 's drink was never ever empty for a week. Best 50 bucks ever spent. (And no I did not give head to the bartender as that original sentence sounds like )

Voltaire 5,428 Posted March 23, 2015 Burger King has a special on chicken nuggets, 10 for a 1.50. So, I get my son some of these with some fries on Friday nights often, so he can have a treat that he likes. I walk in this place a couple weeks ago and this woman who takes my order says "OMG, do you watch Son's of Anarchy", I reply with "I have never seen it". She tells me to go home and do a search for a guy named Bobby from this show, which I did. Found this pic of this guy and just about focking shtt my pants. Dude stole my focking look. My hair is straighter and little longer. My beard is slightly better than his as well, in both thickness and length. So last night, I go to get these nuggets and fries again the chick at the counter(Same one from the week before) actually called me Bobby, TWICE. I was the only customer in the store so I asked her who Bobby was. She said "That is your name isn't it?" I said no, it is Gary, but someone in this store last week told me I looked like some guy named Bobby on this show and then she interrupted me apologizing to me for calling me the wrong name. My dad came over to visit my son and I tonight. While he was here, I told him the story and told my son to google Bobby from SOA. They both started laughing their asses off because this guy looks so much like I do. I will prolly be losing the beard and hair in just a couple more weeks. My son is now asking me to NOT shave the beard, EVER. lol. Now, I am not so sure I want to shave it. Do you get any comparisons to Hagrid from the Harry Potter movies? gocolts 300 Posted March 23, 2015 We've probably discussed this in the past but I don't remember, so... why do you think it is inappropriate for you to date someone while you are raising your son? I think it would be a good model for him to see that you can move on after the experience you had with your first wife. I presume part of it is something you said recently; that he basically spends no time away from you. Does he ever sleep over at a friend's house, or just go somewhere without you for a few hours? That was a shtty choice of words on my part last night with the inappropriate. It is just not for me. It all started when my wife first left me. She agreed to let me have my son EVERY SINGLE weekend. So there was no focking way in hell I was going to give up a weekend with my son to go on a date. Just did not feel anywhere close to right, for me. Basically, it just isn't for me. The time I have with my son is just too precious. I do not feel it is fair for him to have to deal with the ups and downs of my love life. His mom went through many boyfriends while he lived with her and I heard about how bad it SUCKED from my son many weekends. It was rough hearing how miserable he was with her. He became so miserable, he finally told her he wanted to live with me. I realize both of these are extremes, but I am just not comfortable with dividing my time with my son with random women, not during his childhood anyway. gocolts 300 Posted March 23, 2015 generally speaking, you might be right. I happen to be lucky that the area i reside has a high % of good asian restaurants. have you been dining with penal lately? Honeymoon 20 years ago..... 1 week at sandals negril, 1 week at couples ocho rios. we preferred sandals negril congrats on the addition. good luck with the second. colts- it ok for you to date. it is healthy for you and your son. you need a life outside the cocoon that you have created (even if it is only 5%). it would be good modelling for him in developing/maintaining relationships, individuation, him getting comfortable with himself when he is not around you, developing other interests and autonomy. just don't go marrying the first one who lets you touch her cooter. I know man. Thanks. I always imagined I might start dating when he was older, around 16/ Then, I could explain shtt a little better. However, he is now 15 and I am just not there yet. It is no big deal.

DankNuggs 305 Posted March 23, 2015 1 week at sandals negril, 1 week at couples ocho rios. we preferred sandals negril We stayed at Sandals Royal Caribbean, which was nice that it was a 5 minute drive from the airport. We took the bus tour to Ocho Rios, and that waterfall excusion thing... Wasn't that impressed with Ocho Rios and glad we stayed where we were... Friendly locals in canoes sold me some stuff in an earthen pot before security shoo'ed them away, good smoke and enjoyable to go lounge and drink at the beach all day... had a great time..> Staff was fantastic there, especially at Cricketeers pub which is where we hung out most nights after dinner... supermike80 2,053 Posted yesterday at 02:24 PM Picked up new clubs this year. Except my driver which I liked. Actually got fitted and everything. For a good part of the year, it's been a bit of a struggle getting used to them. Now I am hitting them well, of course golf season is almost over...figures. When I bought them I told the wife this could possibly be the last set of clubs I buy before I die. Which kinda sucks.

The Real timschochet 7,246 Posted yesterday at 02:30 PM I was talking to my daughters the other day about Starbucks announcing all of the store closures. They tell me that all of their friends (under 30) drink coffee and tea as much as ever but none of them like Starbucks. They all prefer local coffeehouses and a couple smaller chains like Philz and Dutch Bros. Starbucks to them is for old people like me. I wasn’t aware of this and found it interesting, if anecdotal.

Probably depends on the location. And timing. The long lines I see are usually on Saturday in a high traffic area. But he fact that they are closing stores, and not expanding more, tells me that they might be feeling pinched.

I used to work in what was then 1 of tge 2 coffee shops in NO. I never go to Starbucks if I can help it but most towns don’t have that choice. I’ll inevitably hit one when I’m out of town because I usually find the coffee terrible most places, but in L.A. one place I used to like to go was Urth coffee.
