She is rarely if ever wrong and doesn't overstate the information she obtains. She is as respected as any journalist out there. I wouldn't be dismissive of the information she provides to Fox.

Not likely. If this has any legs other than a squabble between factions at the FBI, someone will take the fall, likely Huma or someone on that level, for hiding information. If it does point to Clinton, it will get squashed, and Congress will spend millions investigating it.

Agree. I've been challenging people to bring me the criminal charge - and it's just not there. You've got a few crazies here shouting "Treason!" and "Felony!" and "Jail time"! - and there's (so far) just no "there, there".

 

At worst, it's a violation of professional conduct / departmental policy.

 

The one I'd like to suss out more (or have you guys do it) is the destruction of emails and devices. Seems timing is the issue. Did they do it before or after being served?

- And best case, they did it before being served, but got tipped off - That's some shady shiit to be sure. Even then, I'd see that as Obstruction at best. - Wholly shady, but I'm not sure it rises to felony levels - would be curious. Even then, they'd probably have a fall guy for that.
