I have not noticed a difference. I changed some of my open enrollment options so things have jumped around a bit making it difficult to know where the changes came from. I am glad to have more $$$ though!

 

Edit: I upgraded my benefits and still take home more... I just don't know exactly what the difference is.

Funny story.

I get paid on the 15th and the 30th. I was curious to see the changes after the 15th (have direct deposit) - I asked the admin who normally passes out the checks when are we getting them (this was the 17/18) - she said we haven't gotten paper stubs since March - it's on the company portal.

 

I was laughed at. Clueless.

I don't look at my paycheck too often. As long as direct deposit works, I am good.

 

So, I took a look and my tax withholdings are down about $130 from before the new rates went into effect. My big question is what it will do to my actual tax payments when I file taxes. I think that I owe again this year despite paying a boatload of taxes during the course of the year.

Hostess Brands Inc. announced it will give workers one-time bonuses of $1,250 and one year of free snacks as a result of the new GOP tax legislation.
