I just ate at the El Segundo Beach Cafe this past Friday, facebook site below. Those 8-ish tables you see is all that they have. They serve breakfast but open at 10, if they open. Sometimes they don't, either because they are catering or... maybe just don't feel like opening? It reminds me of a beachside place out of Fletch.
