You know the one thing that's really great about being a human being is the fact that we just never fuucking change. I remember one time I threw up German chocolate birthday cake when I was like 5 years old at my birthday party.

A law enforcement agency would need probable cause that a crime was committed in order to get his phone and info therein. 1 warrant for the phone, and 1 submitted to carrier for the data. Or, he could consent and hand his phone over if they ask. I guess it could contain texts or emails where he talks about lying or remembering the sex assault.
