My point is that you were talking about how many people you see that are trannies. That is not what the stat is. High school is a very different place. I visit my kids' high school and I would not be surprised if 2% of them identify as transgendered. They have a separate bathroom as well.

The only reason McDonalds lost that lawsuit was because they have in their standards documentation that the coffee should be a certain temperature and it was over that temp. If they had left that out like many other chains did, they would have been fine. And after having worked in the service industry for some of my earlier years, I know that one of the biggest bitching topics of old folks is that the coffee is not hot enough. McDonalds was probably just pissed about hearing it all the time and turned the burners on full.
