Official President Trump Impeachment Inquiry Thread

Recommended Posts

So, with their stated goal of impeaching Trump before he even took office in mind, it's clear now that they thought for sure they had him with the Meuller/Russia hoax. You know the one with pee-pee and Schiff declaring that he had seen actual evidence? When that turned out to be a complete bust, they realized they were running out of time and had to scramble and came up with this weak horseshit. Meuller/Russia done in July, Ukraine garbage set in motion in August. You're a total sucker if you don't see this for what it is. It's amateur hour on capital hill.  Worst attempted coup ever. The ones where the people attempting the coup get whacked were better planned than this. At least they had a chance and a clear plan.

Dems' star witness' source that Trump wanted a quid pro quo? The New York Times. JFC................Worms, Honcho, MDC and Hawkeye............if you're still holding onto this, you seriously need therapy.

Even if this doesn't work, I would not expect the Dems to give up, they will go back to something else or find something new.

Only someone, or group, would do this if they were pretty scared.....I wonder if Trump knows what is behind it as well....I wonder if he has already intimated what he knows....or is he waiting for next summer to let it out....

Sondland:

1. I did not (and still don't) know why aid was held up
2. I "PRESUMED" it was because of corruption

The same corruption Biden supposedly wanted Ukraine to deal with? So it had nothing to do with the Bidens unless you accept the Bidens are corrupt.

Even if someone doesn't like the guy, they have to admit that Trump is out dueling the political left in this country. He is bringing different tactics to both a bunch of new and, career politicians who are lost and don't know how to get him with their "old-fashioned political" tactics.

The one thing the left does do well, is they raise hatred to the public like noone else can. They are very good at deploying social hate speech that riles up the very less educated in this country.

So what was your opinion of Flynn when Weissman and crew first started out to get him? Were you here saying "stop, he's a war hero" or "he's a decorated military man! How dare they?!" Nope; since he (a lifelong Democrat) choose to be in the Trump administration, you were okay with Weissman pulling his usual bag of tricks against him (withholding exculpatory evidence, threatening relatives, etc).

And once this case gets tossed, be sure you get your a$$ back in here and retract what you said about Flynn. Mmmmmmmkay?

I don’t even know who Weissman is; keeping up with all your insane conspiracy theories is way too exhausting.

Re: Flynn, I remember my initial impression being that he seemed like a bipartisan career type and so I was wondering why he would get involved in any partisan wrongdoing. But then as more came out and he in fact pled guilty to a crime, well I figured I’d better take him at his own word on that. :dunno:

Andrew Weissman is the guy who ran the Mueller investigation. He's been reprimanded before by judges for his actions and some cases were overturned due to his witholding evidence and tactics. Right after the investigation wrapped up, he left the DOJ. Most likely, he's hired some attorneys for his role in this coup.

So anything you don't understand or know about is to be considered insane conspiracy theories, huh?

And if you knew anything about the law, which apparently you don't, you'd know that some folks take a plea to a lesser charge because they want the process against them to stop for either monetary reasons or other such as Weissman threatening to go after Flynn Jr.

I have to agree with this.

They have used every possible tactic in this guy, they have their propagandists in the media hitting him every day....

It must be terrifying to face someone you cannot smear into submission, they have nothing that works on this guy......wow....just....wow....

Seriously.  They've been throwing sh*t at the wall since BEFORE he was even in office and nothing has stuck.  But they keep trying, and Worms keeps flailing around like the retard he is, believing every word they say.

Well I guess we better let everyone go who ever pled guilty to a crime, since we can’t be totally sure there wasn’t some arm twisting or maybe they just caught em on a bad day. Murderers, Democrats, whatever—they all go free

I think this article explains my view on the whole thing.  It's possible that Trump did something illegal but it's also possible he didn't.  It all depends on Trump's intent which we probably won't know for sure.  Basically, nothing will happen.

Why do you need someone else to explain your views?

Well, educate yourself on Weissman and his prior 'accomplishments'.

https://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/356253-judging-by-muellers-staffing-choices-he-may-not-be-very-interested-in

"Time after time, courts have reversed Weissmann’s most touted “victories” for his tactics. This is hardly the stuff of a hero in the law.

Weissmann, as deputy and later director of the Enron Task Force, destroyed the venerable accounting firm of Arthur Andersen LLP and its 85,000 jobs worldwide — only to be reversed several years later by a unanimous Supreme Court.

Next, Weissmann creatively criminalized a business transaction between Merrill Lynch and Enron. Four Merrill executives went to prison for as long as a year. Weissmann’s team made sure they did not even get bail pending their appeals, even though the charges Weissmann concocted, like those against Andersen, were literally unprecedented.

Weissmann’s prosecution devastated the lives and families of the Merrill executives, causing enormous defense costs, unimaginable stress and torturous prison time. The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the mass of the case.

Weissmann quietly resigned from the Enron Task Force just as the judge in the Enron Broadband prosecution began excoriating Weissmann’s team and the press began catching on to Weissmann’s modus operandi."

Just like Weissman resigned from the DOJ before his crimes became apparent.

Meanwhile, while everyone is focused on impeachment, Trump's reshaping of the federal judiciary will be felt for decades.  Get him a 2nd term and half the judiciary could be his.

More on Taylor from Filthy's link:

“[Y]ou’ve never spoken to Mr. [Rudy] Giuliani?” Taylor was asked.

“No, no,” he replied.

“Has anyone ever asked you to speak to Mr. Giuliani?”

“No,” Taylor said.

“And if I may, have you spoken to the president of the United States?” Taylor was asked.

“I have not,” he said.

“You had no communications with the president of the United States?”

“Correct,” Taylor said.

He also admitted he had never spoken to Mick Mulvaney, Trump’s chief of staff.

When asked who exactly he had spoken to about the brouhaha, Taylor confirmed that his only contacts about the matter were with John Bolton, the former national security adviser who was fired by Trump, Fiona Hill, Alexander Vindman, and Tim Morrison. Both Hill and Vindman are rumored to have been sources for the so-called whistleblower who filed a complaint against Trump in August.

Taylor also testified that his knowledge of the phone call between Trump and Ukrainian president Volodymr Zelensky wasn’t first-hand knowledge.

“And this isn’t firsthand. It’s not secondhand. It’s not thirdhand,” Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y., said to Taylor. “But if I understand this correctly, you’re telling us that Tim Morrison told you that Ambassador Sondland told him that the president told Ambassador Sondland that Zelensky would have to open an investigation into Biden?”

“That’s correct,” Taylor admitted.

Zeldin noted that the only reference to Democratic presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden in Taylor’s opening statement stemmed from that convoluted game of telephone. The New York lawmaker hammered Taylor for relying on third-hand information about the state of mind of an elected official to whom he had never spoken.

“So do you have any other source that the president’s goal in making this request was anything other than The New York Times?” Zeldin asked.

“I have not talked to the president,” Taylor said. “I have no other information from what the president was thinking.”

Under questioning from Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, Taylor also testified that the Ukrainian government wasn’t aware U.S. military funding had been temporarily suspended until late August, and then only after the information was leaked to the news media, meaning an alleged quid pro quo would have been impossible.

“So, if nobody in the Ukrainian government is aware of a military hold at the time of the Trump-Zelensky call, then, as a matter of law and as a matter of fact, there can be no quid pro quo, based on military aid,” Ratcliffe, a former federal prosecutor, said. “I just want to be real clear that, again, as of July 25th, you have no knowledge of a quid pro quo involving military aid.”

“July 25th is a week after the hold was put on the security assistance,” Taylor testified. “And July 25th, they had a conversation between the two presidents, where it was not discussed.”

“And to your knowledge, nobody in the Ukrainian government was aware of the hold?” Ratcliffe asked.

“That is correct,” Taylor responded.

Taylor also testified that he didn’t see any official readout of the July 25 phone call until it was declassified and released by Trump in late September.

“I did not see any official readout of the call until it was publicly released on September 25th,” he said.

Tldr:

Taylor never spoke with Trump, Rudy, Mulvaney.

His source was the NYT.

Ukraine was unaware of any aid being held up until weeks after the phone call.

Verdict:

No quid.

No first hand knowledge of qpq.

I can't imagine being dumb enough to fall for this smoke and mirrors show put on by Schittforbrains and the Dems.

I hope they all rot in prison.

Now we know why the Dems refuse to have open hearings. They can leak whatever they want to the press, then blue check bots share it all over the internet, and low info idiots think it is truth.

When the transcripts are released at later date showing the facts the damage in the court if public opinion is already done.

Dems star witness "presumed it was quid pro quo", "assumed Gulianni knew about it" and was never told directly or heard Trump say it was quid pro quo.

Yeah, this is going to be a blood bath.  The Dems won't survive this.

As is clear by a few of them here, jumping up and down screaming 'AHA!!!!!!!!" at each bit of manure Schiff leaks out.

You'd think their capacity to look like focking morons would have hitting rock bottom by now but I think they are ignorant of their ignorance.

Well, when you have no dignity, shame or common sense that's what you do.  IMHO, they're the perfect liberals - led around like sheep, being told what to do and say by their masters on the plantation.  Never asking questions or thinking deep.

And now we learn that Eric Ciaramella's lawyer was tweeting about a coup in 2017.

My initial take on that was 'holy sh!t, he put that out there way early'. However, I believe he's referring to Trump being the coup after he took out Sally Yates as he states 'two more will take their place'.

He could be referring to Yates as the start of the coup with her actions though. Either way,  it certainly belies their belief that Bureaucrats like Yates are indeed the ones in charge and NOT the guy we elected.

And his underage Disney fetish videos that he liked:

I took screenshots showing comments from a year ago proving this was not a troll account created last week to frame the guy.

Not sure how to upload those here.

All the uploaded and liked videos were from 8-10 years ago. This dumb fock probably forgot he even had the account. Internet is forever.

Will be interesting to see if this creepy coup traitor deletes the YouTube account.

Your link does have a couple phaggs booing in the cheap seats, I'll give you that. Whatever sites you're reading for news are obviously skewing things to try and make Trump look bad. You might want to re-evaluate where you get your information.
