Fentanyl is a unique drug. It is known where it is produced and how the majority of it gets here. Heroin comes from all different places in all different ways. Not this stuff, China owns the market. It’s also noteworthy who was charged with murder immediately vs who was later charged after investigation and who was charged with involuntary manslaughter or child endangerment despite one person even admitting to selling drugs. I’ve been hearing sometimes itheyve been hitting them with 12-16 and they still are needing to support their respirations. Now this sh!t called Tranq is spreading like wildfire.
