As for Ant Man 3- it's a couple things.

1.) Ant Man is a 2nd or 3rd tier superhero character and that series of films has always been a little bit weaker performing (as a whole) compared to the other main players in the franchise.

2.) Viewer fatigue on superhero movies right now. Marvel did a magnificent job building their run of movies from 2008 until 2019 culminating in Infinity War/Endgame but there was nowhere to go but down from there. That 1-2 punch made almost 5 billion dollars worldwide. Things were going to spiral down from there.

3.) Phase 4 of the MCU was not terribly interesting. Black Widow was not good and kind of pointless after they killed off Black Widow in Endgame. Shang Chi was bad. Eternals was bad. Dr. Strange was fine but weird. Thor was fine but weird. Black Panther did well with the curiosity factor of how they would handle Boseman's death and Spider-Man was pure fan service so it did well at the box office.

4.) There is a lot of nonsense surrounding Jonathan Majors right now that came out while Ant Man was in theaters and it affected some people seeing it I would imagine. Not massive enough that it means the difference in 120 million but to some degree I'm sure. 

 

Also, it should be pointed out- for as uninteresting as Phase 4 was- the 7 films were made for around 1,500,000,000 billion dollars. Those films brought in worldwide: 5,711,807,479 billion dollars. So ~4 times what they were made for. Marvel/Disney are doing fine.
