I'm not exactly sure I'd call that advocating for gender mutilation of minors but I can see where it's a grey area at best.  Naturally I'm against any kind of physical changes in children prior to the age of 18.  I'm also sure the incidents of any kind of physical adjustments to children is extremely rare and the vast majority of the focus is on mental health.

It is absolutely advocating for it, but dont be surprised by it. A high ranking official in the HHS is biologically male and calls himself a female(not woman, mind you) and basically said they supported it during confirmation hearings. This is just a natural progression that was seen coming.

I don't disagree with any of this.  I'd be fine with a national ban on any kind of gender altering physical surgery or meds before the kid turns 18.
