Both sides have their crazies, I agree. I'm not sure what to make of Hutchinsons testimony but if it is true, surely you would have to agree that Trump is unfit to be President?

ETA: Secret Service may be ready to testify that Hutchinsons description of events didn't happen. If true, why would the Jan 6 committee even let her testify?

I find this very weird; her testimony would presumably be easy enough to confirm or deny, and it's hard to believe the Secret Service would lie under oath (are these things under oath?)  Regardless, somebody is going to lose bigly it seems.

I try to get info from both sides, as I feel there are few objective sources. Hotair is pretty decent for a conservative site. Yes they're conservative, but not the crazy stuff you see from a lot of the websites referenced here. They even have an avid never-Trumper as probably their most famous blogger. If you want to get a conservative PoV that isn't completely in the tank for Trump, Hotair is a good start.

it would be a huge misstep to have Hutchinson testify without the Secret Service agents lined up to corroborate her testimony. If true, these people running this thing are complete morons.

Apparently the SS guy driving the car has already been questioned by the committee. Seems like they wouldn't have included this bit in the hearing today if he wouldn't corroborate. But it wouldn't be the first time Congresspersons royally screwed up.

You will notice that none of the Trumpers around here want to talk about anything other than the 'Beast' driver and how crazy that story sounds. No one is refuting anything else. They have nothing to defend their positions with other than 'libruls bad!'

What I’m missing is a one-sided witch hunt made up entirely of TDS partisan hacks, every one of them hand picked by Nancy Pelosi, to spin the events of Jan 6th through a partisan lens. They ignore inconvenient facts along the way.
