This Bills injury doesn't look good

Sit this out.  I've seen it live in my face 30 years ago.

Don't be that guy, if you feel passionately about something like vaccine injury, at least be a human and wait a day.  All I'm saying.

Sure but I'll say this. It could very well be a broken neck if anything on that tackle. Certainly the tackle did not stop his heart.

Being a Boom Boom Mancini fan, that is the look Duk Koo Kim had after Mancini hit hit with the brutal KO punch and the dropped almost that fast.

I don’t know what you watched but he was hit hard square in the chest. There is no direct padding there

Yeah, it didn't look like a head injury.  Looked more like cardiac arrest.

ETA:  I think I've told this story before but I was in HS playing a basketball game and the guy I was guarding didn't have the ball but just fell (literally jumped) backwards on his back, grabbed his chest and went into a convulsion.  17 year old KSB stood looking in fear.  The Athletic Trainer ran over and immediately started CPR, the player was foaming and jerking on the ground.  I'll never forget it.  He died that day.  30 years later I still have visions.

I applaud this decision to temporarily postpone the game.

Whoa.  That is nuts - sorry you had to see that.

Was there any info later - did he have a defect, disease, something? or just a fluke?

First, you said it had nothing to do with the tackle, and now you're entertaining the possibility of a broken neck.

Postpone it to Thursday since there is no Thursday game this week.

They still need to play on Sunday, and at least one of the teams will also need to play the next weekend as well.

You can't play Thursday and then again Sunday.  Just cancel the game, each team gets a tie.

Hole in his heart, defect. I'm sure there is proper medical terminology.  I'll never forget it, most went to the bench, I saw my mom in the stands and went sat with her.

This has such huge playoff implications but that’s not important. And I agree. Not sure if you call it a tie or just remove the game from both teams. They play 16 games is all and we go with winning %

Hamlin was a 6th round pick in 2021. Bills can cut him and suffer insignificant cap penalties the next two years.

Can't imagine, man.  Especially at that age.     I've been around some things similar, but at an older age to help process.

Play tomorrow or call it.  7-3 Bengals win.

I just read some story about a soccer player who was technically dead for 78 minutes but came back.

Horrible. I guess the longer we go with no word the better. Here’s hoping.

I guess they could play tomorrow if he pulls through.  Not the most important thing, but reality will have to come into play at some point.

I don't agree with this conclusion, and I hope I'm wrong.
