i think we've been given some tools from, of all people, justin trudeau.  justin trudeau just simply accused truckers of threatening behavior and froze their bank accounts.  I think one solution is to pass legislation that recognize woke activity as harassment, and add it to the list.  Workplace harassment is protected by federal law.  business are required to prominently display guidelines on workplace harassment with a phone number to call to report a company engaging in it.  you can add to the guidelines information on how woke activity is also harrassment, including forcing employees to undergo "retraining", memos on abiding by woke standards, or disciplinary actions taken following woke guidelines, hiring inclusion officers to adopt woke agendas, and make it retroactive to the past 10 years.  companies found in violation of these guidelines over the past 10 years will be subject to penalties, including freezing the bank accounts of owners, CEOs, CFOs, VPs, and other executives.

I think that would fix the problem SUPER fast.  there will not be much pushback on this legislation as it really only effects the top end white collar rich people.

Perhaps Trump's lawyers should have cooperated - like Biden's lawyers did with the dozen or so documents they found and turned - with the National Archives instead of defiantly ignoring the requests, resulting in the FBI raiding the place, where they found, what, 300 documents.

Reporting and turning over the discovered dozen or so classified documents and maintaining a high spirit of cooperation is not "way worse" than defying the National Archives, not cooperating and obstructing justice along the way in regard to 300 classified documents, some of them super-duper way more classified.

The National Archives didn't even know he had any classified documents, but it sure knew Trump had classified documents and requested he return them, which he didn't.

Returning a handful of documents you don't remember having, and the National Archives had no idea were missing, is not way worse than the National Archives demanding the return of boxes of classified documents it KNEW that Trump had, and he refused to return them, because he's a doosh.
