Who is your favorite "villain" in a TV series?

For me it's gotta be Vern Shillinger on Oz.  POS nazi, but damn does JK Simmons do an awesome job.

It’s been a while. That show was something else. TV had never seen anything like it. But the guy in the wheelchair narrating could be a bit annoying.
