JD Vance

I don't think to many people initially wanted Trump in office.

Much like Vance. When he did get in. I became a fan too.

He’s a smooth talker with no core values. Sold his soul to Trump and MAGA after initially ripping both, for power.

Which doesn’t make him unusual for a Republican politician in 2024. But I’m not much of a fan.

I will allow, though, that he could prove me wrong. I hope he does

Or, just hear me out here, he had preconceived notions that led him to feel a certain way THEN but is smart enough to think for himself and open minded enough to see that he was wrong and, as a result, has a different opinion NOW.

His wife is unusually well academically credentialed. Daughter of immigrants, Hindu.  Law Clerk to two current Supreme Court justices which is unusual.

He is well credentialed academically.  He served his country in the marines.  He is, for me, too young and inexperienced though he seems articulate.

I like him too.

Who cares about "seasoning" If anything we need less seasoned politicians in DC.

Not caring about "seasoning" is what got us Trump in the first place.

Why didn't she?  She would've been right for a change.

I'm pretty sure most people on BOTH sides believe we need term limits.

But his wife used to be hot in high school and she is one of the top paper salespersons and throws a mean party committee party. She does throw her back out now and then but Dwight is there to handle it.

Yup. I remember when the Right felt that way about Obama.  They weren't obsessed with his lack of political seasoning.......

Didn’t you just tell us you lost your life savings to crypto?

I don’t get the love for it.

No, I didn't lose my life savings. I did have a lot of crypto stolen from me by a Jew. Who will be heading to jail next year.

Probably would’ve been harder if it hadn’t been crypto, no? Anywho don’t want some personal pissing match, just not getting how a would-be VP’s support for crypto is a good thing

The Jew owner and his Jew C-suite officers some of which are hiding in Israel now were stealing millions from the company. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2022. I received about 30% of my stolen crypto back this year and a bunch of shares in the New company with a new BoD that emerged from bankruptcy.

So no it wouldn't have been harder.

I’m sure it would’ve been much harder as the primary benefit of crypto is that it’s hard to trace. But whatever, go ahead and keep believing it’s the Jews and not your own dumb fault which you’re now doubling down on

The bolded is 100% incorrect. And shows how little you know. The WHOLE point of crypto is it's a public ledger...

And yes it is his fault for stealing peoples crypto which is why he's going to jail.

I thought you were smarter than this.

You probably don't realize this. You might not be able to understand it either. But you don't own the money, or stocks you have with those companies. They do.

Fun fact lets say you withdraw all your nest egg from those companies and they filed for bankruptcy 90 days later. They can come after you for (clawback) that money. Because it's not yours according to the law.

I understand there’s risk everywhere. Can stuff cash in your mattress but risk there too and you don’t get any returns.

Seems to me crypto is unacceptably risky. But hey man, maybe I’m just trying to justify my boring ol “safe” investments

Well not only because he’s white. He’s also a bigot, a fool, and an a$$hole. But white did play a role.

He’s married to a woman of color and his children are bi-racial. This is a hateful  unfounded allegation yet expected out of a left wing automaton stuck on repeat like yourself.

Two highly educated candidates with military experience on the same ticket. I don’t know if that has happened before.

Yeah but you willingly gave him your money under the guise of the returns being too good to be true, right?

If you hand me money and I run away, aren't you partially to blame?

First black. First woman. First woman of color. All born into privilege. How about the first born poor person since Lincoln? Nah, best not  talk about that. The republicans are the party of the rich, right?

He was the first one I mentioned. And once again, you can’t seem to read what is written. I specifically wrote born poor so the slow wits around here would know what I was getting at.  Didn’t work.

Vance is a phenomenal pick. He is blue collar to the bones and his story reads like a hillbilly version of my own. He disliked and distrusted Trump for the same reasons I did, saw him as too much a vain bigmouth NYC celebrity. I know when I warmed to President Trump was when he sh*tcanned NAFTA and replaced it with USMCA. He's phenomenal on trade issues and can break the back of the Dems grip on union workers in the industrial Midwest.

Wind him up and have him talk about trade policy all over Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania and reap the rewards. He understands us fully. Kamala cannot connect with these voters. "Scranton Joe" use to be able to mouth the words successfully, but now he can only connect with a bed pan.

I defer to HT. After all, he named Bill Clinton as the best POTUS of his lifetime just a few years ago.

I voted for Clinton twice, he and Gingrich were actually pretty good together.  A reshuffling of policies and what is acceptable in each party has shifted quite a bit since then.

No, in fact I was making less apy on my eth, ada and we were told our BTC was being loaned to safe customers.

You assume I was going after those 17% apys which I was not.

So once again you're wrong
