Prediction Time - Trump or Harris

Recommended Posts

Tomorrow is the day.  Pick the winner and who wins the swing states.

I hate to say it but Harris is going to win due to the usual shenanigans.

Trump:  NC, AZ, Georgia, Nevada

Kamala:  Pennsylvania, WI, MI

To me, the question is who has a secret groundswell of support.

I think it’s Kamala. I think there are a lot of people out there who don’t want Trump and will show up to make sure it doesn’t happen. I think she takes all the swing states except Arizona and maybe even pulls off a surprise in Iowa.

That said, I could very well be wrong as Trump was the one whose support was pretty heavily underestimated in 2016 and 2020.

So my guess is Kamala and I wouldn’t say a blowout but I think she wins fairly handedly. Could just as well go the entire opposite direction though.

Great prediction. You should pick football games. You’ll be right either way.

I’ll go 281 Orange Julius - 257 Harris

Donald: PA, NC, GA, AZ

Harris: WI, MN, MI, NV

Coin flip and could go either way very easily. Trump is running out of steam badly.

It would be an easy Republican win if Trump wasn't running.  The amount of people who won't vote for him just because of the type of person he is, is staggering.

Which, is funny, because when Kamala was first put on the ballet she had a huge upswing but has gone from being the massive leader to win to the now the underdog (in most polls).

Who, again, is running out of steam?  Your post is either gaslighting or you don't know what "running out of steam badly" means.

I don’t feel confident either way. Gun to my head, I’d say Harris for the same reason as @IGotWorms. I could see surprisingly high turnout among Dems who hate Trump and women new / first time voters. I don’t really see where Trump could get any surprise boost.

Agreed with @Hawkeye21 too.

Edit: Also with @posty

None of you yet have mentioned the main reason that Harris is going to win. It’s not opposition to Trump (much as I wish it was).

It’s abortion.

The Dobbs decision is what stopped the red wave in 2022. It’s what’s going to propel Harris to victory this time around. Women are pissed off. Republicans don’t have a good response. In the end that’s the difference.

Harris

Better ground game

More small campaign donations/fundraising

Has a larger more reliable voter pool

Executed a better campaign

Isn’t a 78 yr old crazy person

Look at those betting markets, his behavior, his poorly attended rallies over past week. He’s limping in. Dude is old as fock so I get it.

So many people have already vote so does it matter? We’ll see.

All the pollsters / experts will tell us why things happened after the votes have been counted.

That is a very big part of it.  Women are going to have a major deciding factor in this election.

The sad thing is that besides the candidates, the most important person in this election is a DNC operative/ lawyer named Marc Elias.  If you don’t know who that is you really don’t know much.

I don't disagree here but all the Dem's had to do was put a straight white male who can speak coherently on the ticket and they win easy.  Unfortunately, they couldn't even get the speak coherently part right.

Trump wins this and it's over before midnight.

I think Trump wins. As for swing states, I think Trump wins Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Harris wins Michigan and Wisconsin.

That should be true. Polls aren’t exactly showing that but they do show her leading big among women and there could be a turnout surge especially with younger women who maybe don’t often vote

Will that make up for how Harris is falling behind in black men?

Harris wins, and then we get to endure months of MAGA whining, violence and ridiculous claims that election was rigged.

She only has a three point lead with women.   Trump is leading men by 7 points.

So many Trump supporters are even falling for the media outright lies.   Trump is winning easily.  Wake up.   The media are lying bastards whose job it is to manipulate public opinion.

That is my thought as well although I could see Arizona and Nevada falling the opposite directions.

It is funny that the MAGA people here are already taking their cues to cry MAH FRAUD even though they know that this election should be wrapped up. And trying to lay it at Marc Elias. Donald Trump is the most important person here because if he loses it's on him.

You aren't that confident of it because you wouldn't even take the deal that you have set up on here

I didn’t think we’d ever have a Jan 6th type situation. That was legit shocking. Don’t think it will happen again.

I gave you the appropriate odds.  If you are so confident, bet me straight up winner like a man.   Who wins is all that matters.

So you aren't really thinking Trump will sweep all 7 swing states and 1 of Virginia, New Hampshire, Minnesota?

Also, how would we bet against one another? We both think Trump will win.

"I'll bet you Trump wins"

"Oh yeah, well- I'll bet YOU Trump wins"

I don't really foresee there being violence but I 100% expect there to be nonstop accusations of the election being rigged.

I think he does win all seven, but I would not be surprised if he losses Michigan.  He ain't losing AZ, NC or Georgia.  Only a focking moron believe that.
