Here's what probably happened.  The DOT grants over the 4 years for things like roads and bridges probably included some language to promote DEI like including minority suppliers in the bidding process.  Some hack at the NY Post called this DEI grants looking for a political attack.  Tardcore read this and repeated it here.  You defend Tardcore.
