Trump's congressional address

Really bad night for Democrats, getting obliterated for their behavior. It's who they are, not sure why people were surprised.

Now I've heard it all.

Mexico doesn’t have an issue with eggs. Just us.  But that doesn’t make your tiny brain curious.

It's weird how the democrats ordered the slaughter of millions of egg laying chickens, thereby causing an egg shortage, but there's plenty of chicken meat in stores and restaurants.

This statement is exactly what is wrong with politics and debating politics.  I suspect you know why and are hoping the dumb libs don't know any better. Needless to say, very disingenuous statement.

Don`t understand why any Dem did not applaud for Trump saying he does not want to tax Social Security to give our seniors a break as many who pain into the system are struggling.  That should be 100% bi-partisan.

Will you kids stop acting like...kids....Seriously.  If it was Biden up there, the republicans wouldn't support him either.   I get tired of people whining from BOF SIDEZ about bi partisanship when BOF SIDEZ do it and it will never end.  Stop getting butt hurt when the dems didn't applaud Trump, when you full on know the same thing would have happened if it was reversed.

Anything he says or does MUST be opposed without regard for its value to the American people.  Democrats now stand for only one thing, opposing Trump.  They have no plan....no policies....no future.....nothing......

This sounds familiar.

Heres Tim the Lib.  Inherented money.  Sits around on a message board all day, throwing money around, while paying illegals in tamales.  Always worried about his wallet first and foremost.  Yet finds countless hours pretending to care about the poor and virtue signaling all night long.

Most retarded movement in history.  I have never seen such level of stupidity.   I wonder who can be this stupid where such nonsense works, but then I see squissy, MDC, gutterboy, Tim, trailbait, the general and realize there are retards out there.

I wonder if any of them were to rewatch that speech if they would recognize how freaking stupid they looked just sitting there pouting the whole speech?

Donald Trump just said there’s nothing he can do to make the Democrats smile or applaud.

That’s not true. He can resign right now and we’ll all applaud enthusiastically.

OK,  see now that is pretty funny...😄

This was so embarrassing for Democrats. They acted like little immature LIBERALS.

Such a disgrace to America

As I recall, cmh worked for Ike Skelton, who was a GOP rep from western Missouri in the 1990s and 2000s. I can't way what twists and turns he's taken since then.

I don't know why seafoam cares about my political leanings so much.   I'm probably as middle of the road as you get, and think both sides go off their rocker at times.  I definitely don't like the way liberals govern, but on social issues I don't care if two dudes want to suck each other's d1cks etc.  It wasn't Skelton, as my former boss is still in the legislature in a House leadership position but now I work for a non-profit. I have a lot of experience seeing both sides on a lot of issues, and work with people on extreme opposites of issues that i actively advocate for on behalf of people in poverty.

U.S. Rep. Al Green (D-TX) after being ejected from President Trump's address:

"I'll accept the punishment, but it's worth it to let people know that there are some of us who are going to stand up against this president's desire to cut Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security."

Well....You thought that this past election......you were sure of it....and you were wrong.   Not being Trump is only 1/2 of the puzzle.  The dems need leaders, people who can represent the party.  Currently they have no one.

I wasn’t sure of it, I hoped. You’re right about the second part but it doesn’t pertain to 2026. The Dems don’t need a leader until 2028, time enough for someone to emerge.

Thanks.

That's interesting.

Seeing the tranny takeover of everything and their subsequent removal would have been solid.

Too bad the Russia/Ukraine war looks to be winding down with nuclear Armageddon seemingly inconceivable at this late point. I hate it when Rusty wins an argument with somebody. :(

I should make my own. I'd include stuff like enhanced people with chip implants in their brain, people defeating death and living forever as brains in a glass jar, living to be 250 but not collecting Social Security as that goes bankrupt, and the NBA (and other sports leagues) dissolving because of all the Michael Jordan and Wilt Chamberlain clones.

Trump is their leader. Right now. You are losing, the rest of the country is winning.

I think the Dems should keep their mouths shut and hold Trump’s feet to the fire on the things Americans care about: jobs, the cost of housing, healthcare, groceries etc.

If he delivers on those issues we all win. If he doesn’t, or if costs / unemployment get worse on his watch, hang him on it.

Seems fair to me.

Man have you and others got this wrong: Talk about a misread.

I thought the Dems were rude last night, but outside of political junkies and MAGA fanatics nobody cares about it. What they care about, this morning, are high prices getting higher and the tariffs. And some care about DOGE and some care about Ukraine. Last night was terrible for Trump because he has no answers. Democrats aren’t hurt at all. If you doubt what I’m telling you, wait until new polls come out a week from now.

You're back to referencing polls that have misled you over and over?  You're so broken by Trump and did not learn a single thing from 2024.

Any overnight poll is going to be largely slanted in one direction and you know it. That’s why I wrote a week from now.

Also only 20% of democrats watched it and answered the poll.

Obviously Republicans loved it.

Only 20% admitted to watching it and crying themselves to sleep.

The other 80% are still crying. Couldn't sleep.

Did you see those libtards on camera last night? 😆
