Prior to today...if anyone else had said a Cat 2 hurricane was less powerful than a Cat 4 or 5...these same people would have agreed. The more ferocious the storm is portrayed, the more clicks and eyeballs they get. After all, ratings and clicks are everything. The global warming ditzes have generally calmed down for the most part.
