Today, every time I quote a link, I've been getting this to pop up in my response, is that just some problem on my end (possibly a slow connection) or is everybody dealing with that?

When people quote other users, I can't see the name of the user they quote, just the message that had been typed.

Usually when you post or reply there are options above and below the box you type in. Now there is nothing. I post from a laptop so am unsure how it is/has been from a phone.
