It's probably because I'm a republican, but this was a real bad debate for Obummer. He's wonky and meandering. He should've taken the gloves off at some point. He'll win the election but lost this debate IMO.

Romney has done a good job of not letting Obama define him. Every time Obama brings something factually untrue (unheard of in politics), Romney sets the record straight. Good job on his part.

I agree. I think Romney sounds more confident with the verbiage that is coming out of his mouth. Whether it's correct or not....fock...who would know. Every stat has a counter stat that refutes it.

 

I also agree Romney will lose the election.

I agree totally but his unwillingness to take the gloves off at all was a worse problem. In a long discussion of entitlements, how do you not bring up the 47% comments or allude to Romney's shifting positions? He really blew an opportunity tonight. Very very poor evening for Obummer.

But then, Romney could have spent the entire debate presenting a powerpoint with specifics to solve every problem facing the country while Obama humped his leg and Ducky would declare Obama the winner.
