really? i had no idea. well, if the world is being informed properly now then there shouldn't be much strife about it.

i went to visit a friend who lives in a wealthy part of los angeles, in a hilly area and all day and night armed men travel around in trucks making sure the area is safe.

i felt both safe and nervous at the same time.

i think trayvon must not have understood who zimmerman was just as zimmerman didn't know who trayvon was.

it's more an unfortunate situation where i think some macho behavior was wrongly involved on both sides and both are paying for it.

seems to me zimmerman approached trayvon.

the girlfriend stated, that she told trayvon to run and then in the next instant she heard a man say, "what are you doing here?"

then the phone went dead or something of that sort.

that report was given early on, so she didn't have any reason to lie.

There were four minutes, at least four minutes, when Martin turned around and planned his attack on Zimmerman. That was part of the closing argument. There was plenty of time.

 

Please, do not put any credence into anything Jeantel said. She was caught lying twice in depositions and kept on lying and contradicting all other evidence in court, along with making racist statements under oath. She's been established as a liar and the jury can not in good conscious take anything she says as anything but bullsh!t.

peenie, the whole mess of this case is laid at the feet of a blood thirsty media desperate to sensationalize stories to grandious levels. They dream of a verdict to come out that inspires rioting in the streets. Makes a great story. They went so far as to make up an ethnicity, "white Hispanic", for a Latino man because they need a cookie cutter black vs white crime. All the subsequent violence will be the media's fault.
