Gepetto 1,454 Posted March 5, 2017 https://psychcentral.com/quizzes/autism.htm If you score 34 and up then Autism 30 - 33 then Likely Autism 0 - 29 then Possible Autism This quiz is not diagnostic. I scored a 38. Based upon your responses to this autism screening measure, it appears that you are likely suffering from an autism spectrum disorder, or Asperger's disorder. People who score similarly often qualify for a diagnosis of autism or Asperger's. People with an autism spectrum disorder often suffer from severe and sustained impairment in social interaction and the development of restricted, repetitive patterns of behavior, interests, and activities. The disturbance must cause clinically significant impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning. You should not take this as a diagnosis of any sort, or a recommendation for treatment. However, it would be advisable and likely beneficial for you to seek further diagnosis from a trained mental health professional soon to rule out a possible anxiety disorder. This is not meant as a diagnosis tool! If you are suffering from feelings which are causing you concern and interfere with your daily functioning, you should seek immediate treatment from a trained mental health or social services professional within your community. Gepetto 1,454 Posted March 5, 2017 According to that scale everyone has autism? There was a blank space next to Not Autism on the chart, that I didn't quite understand. So maybe people that don't register on the Autism scale get a negative score or no score at all; I don't know.

RaiderHaters Revenge 4,543 Posted March 5, 2017 Oh wow. its interesting cause a lot of the questions were about social settings, and while I don't really feel uncomfortable, I just don't like meeting new people, being in large crowds, and having to pretend to be interested in blah blah others are talking about I also never had an imaginary friend, and that came up a lot, I wonder how that scales I like order, like numbers and patterns, and never forget numbers I read though

I almost never even go into stores. I worry something uncomfortable might happen. I don't have any friends right now either. Except girl I was dating but that ended and I have no idea why, she seemed interested especially when we spent time together. I think maybe there is something wrong with me. I can't read people's faces very well and that hurts me socially. I'm being way too forthcoming here and hope I don't regret it. I'm not awkward or anything like that. My facial expression may not be helping me, I usually don't show any emotion.

mighty_thor 115 Posted March 6, 2017 I have an autistic son and he is a little obsessed with numbers, especially dates and calendars. I could ask him what day of the week any date fell on and he could instantly tell me. He basically memorized everyone's birthday in his school including any teacher he's had. Are people with autism usually really high IQ or is it just certain things that they excel at? Maybe an ignorant question but that's amazing to me how he could know dates like that. Maybe an ignorant question but that's amazing to me how he could know dates like that. No, they are usually not higher IQ. My son is not higher IQ and is in a special class but even he is considered higher performing than most autistic kids. Many are non verbal. It is very much a spectrum where there is a wide variance in symptoms. So there really is not a typical autistic person. Asperger's is considered by some as a form of autism but there is some debate on that. Asperger people are high IQ with more of a social problem.

As a blackjack dealer almost every night I fall asleep replaying hands I dealt all night Also why I was addicted to gambling always thought I could find a pattern My dad told me at age 3 not sure if I believe him but I memorized batting averages from the newspaper. I couldn't even read the players name but I would tell him the lineups and averages

Alias Detective 1,459 Posted August 25, 2017 23 It took 30 minutes to get through the damn thing. My ADD kicked in and I got bored and distracted. More than 10 questions and I start getting pissed at the number of questions......is that bad? Edit, I didn't even realize I took the quiz in March. I gues it's somewhat accurate since I scored a 23 in March and a 25 today.
