I've thought about buying a sailing boat later on in life to do just that: sail to exotic places like Tahiti. But getting lost at sea with storms and shark attacks has always made me think "maybe I should just fly to those places instead"

This is really funny if you read it with a Forrest Gump accent.

Probably. But then again I can see why you would get upset over the prospect of someone younger than you thinking about buying a sailboat to sail to exotic locations like that when you can't even do that yourself at your age :dunno:

It's not a schooner, it's a sailboat.

Two women... sharks came every 28 days. They had two dogs with them also...

Imagine having a video camera on that boat.

Dogs were smiling and both women had scratches on their backs

You know I'm no sailor or nothing but I think if I was lost at sea in a boat for 5 months I could find land in that time. Of course they were women so that explains their sense of no direction. My wife couldn't even direct you east at sun up

Apparently (getting this from a youtube comment) "their sail malfunctioned in a way that it only let them sail in 4 knots." (4.6 mph)
Based on what they had to eat - oatmeal, pasta, nuts, dried fruit and rice, and most accounts say they had been eating "oatmeal and pasta," I would expect the brunette woman to look thinner. I don't understand how she could look like this

The thing is they weren't. This whole thing is like the greatest fisherman story ever told

Great whites are considered the largest predatory sharks (attacking) and grow up to 20 feet and also are not pack sharks

Too bad that pic wasn't posted in the OP, I could've have saved the 2 minutes it took to read this thread.

I was expecting them to look like the girls from Delos:

St. Elistan and Vinnie Tortorich will tell you that's the exact recipe for staying fat. :ninja:

The blonde woman built the boat. She's also a businesswoman. I sliiiiiiiiiiiightly wonder if this was a business venture. Maybe her friend is not thinner because, opting to be AWOL for that long, they brought satisfying enough of food along.

As usual, this story is bogus and they were lying. Article came out about all the inconsistencies in their story and things that dont add up. They had an emergency beacon that they just chose not to activate. Hey said they were in a storm that the weather people say didnt happen, lots of other things that dont add up, you can google the story.

When they said they had a years supply of food my alarms went off. Youre making a relatively short sail and you need a years worth of food? That thing must have been packed to the gills.

Funny they wont even make it home and their story has blown up. Cancel your Ellen show appearance fuckin whoores.

Why do we let wimmen past 8th grade anyway.
