What did we learn that makes this virus any different than influenza in how it spreads?

Many studies showing presymptomatic transmission is playing a role in covid transmission.   Apparently “scant, if any” evidence that happened with the flu.

There wasn't anyone that knew definitively how to deal with this pandemic. Hell, they still don't. Could turn out that what anyone said 10 months ago was  incorrect or a truth.

All he had to do was say "wear a face covering".  But he didn't. Why?  Did he want to leave t-shirts and bandanas for medical personnel? Why in the world, if they help prevent spread, would an immunologist not recommend a cloth face covering?

Just sick body ache so bad feel like I went snowboarding down the alps without a snowboard. Can’t take a deep breath. Lungs are very full continually hungry but take 4 bites of food and am full cause I think there is no rooms with my lungs being full. No fever no loss of smell or taste 4 days of spa to bed and repeat every 3 hours

My wife’s boss has double covid pneumonia. She’s been in the hospital for a couple days and they expect she’ll be there for at least a few more. She’s in rough shape. She’s mid 50’s, 5’ 5”, about 120lbs and C cups. Her husband has it too. He is also mid-50’s and in good shape. He’s asymptomatic.

its a trip I tell you 2 hours ago I felt 100% perfect, made some lunch, took a shower shaved felt good, then boom hit in the face again.  Maybe its just me but this is nothing like I have ever had, I seriously have very few symptoms, but I go back and forth every 3 hours from fine to death
