Pasta (pick) w shredded roasted chicken, Roma tomatoes sliced, black olives sliced, roasted Pinon nuts, and decent pesto. I'm not good at it and I have no interest to learn. 10+ years ago my wife had evening plans (with one of you I'd guess) so I had to feed myself and the kids. No problem she said, there is a bag of meatballs in the freezer, just throw them in a pot and walla!!! So I did that. Came back 5-10 minutes later to stir them, only to find a pot of green soup. wiffleball 4,661 Posted January 18, 2023 Makes a pretty tasty chicken mozzarella tomato flatbread too! I think one of these days I'm going to try to get my hands on either cherry tomatoes or more likely small Roma tomatoes hollow them out a bit, put in a ball of mozzarella on a bed of pesto inside the tomato.
