Again, the evidence was not presented. Lack of standing is not lack of evidence.  It’s hard to understand how you keep saying there is no evidence. It never got to the point where the evidence could be dismissed.

Guys- Trump is a POS who helped in some respects. He hurt the country in others.

Stop pretending like their is some mass divide between these guys. They are closer in policy than people think even if Trump engaged the extreme of his party more than Biden does. The President is at the mercy of the congress often and everything these parties do is just designed to keep the American people from turning their anger towards the system .

Most of the states in question have a democrat governor.  Kind of hinders anyone in the state or the state itself from bringing a case. I hope your getting a better  understanding of what went on here.
