Now that early term abortions can be accomplished with a pill, planned parenthood needs those later term abortions to keep making money. And the democrats need PP to keep making money so they can continue to get their cut.

It makes sense.  If you hold yourself "virtuous" you have to reframe things you know are not congruent with that virtue.

It doesn't require reframing.

I'm not even sure what I'm proving wrong or what you think I've said in the past.

I'm far more interested in how you are going to inaccurately paint it.

You keep repeating the same thing.  US energy production is back up to levels pre-covid.  So Biden hasn't done a single thing to the energy industry other than put them on notice that the US will be pivoting away from fossil fuels when green technology catches up.  The ONLY way Biden can impact energy prices would be to impact supply.  The US has little to no influence on overall energy prices.  Supply back to peak levels shows that the energy companies are not impacted by Biden in the least.

And I'll take the religion of climate, an observable, measurable phenomenon over the conservatives obsession with the sky daddy.  Sea levels are rising.  Sea temperatures are increasing.  The world is getting hotter with more radical weather.  All indisputable and measurable.

Incorrect. That is not the only way he impacts energy prices and that is part of the problem. The lack of awareness and understanding of this simple fact is telling.

There is nothing wrong with moving away from fossil fuels, I see it as an over "good". But the WAY it is being done is clumsy and regrettable.

The "root cause" of this issue starts with Biden and his insistence to create too dramatic a cut and move. It was completely the wrong way to go.

And now he seeks to bully them into acting against the interests of the employees and shareholders as they respond to his threats. He should know better, they all should. This is bad....bad...bad.....fascism is evidenced by an absence of coherent economic ideology and an absence of serious economic thinking where decisions taken by  leaders cannot be explained within a logical economic framework  ( Woodley, Daniel (2009). Fascism and Political Theory: Critical Perspectives on Fascist Ideology. London: Routledge. p. 161)

His clear opposition to the free market actions he influenced is dark stuff and is reminiscent of the Third Position.   (Blamires, Cyprian; Jackson, Paul (2006). World Fascism: A Historical Encyclopedia, Volume 1. ABC-CLIO. pp. 404, 610)

First he needs to stop attacking the oil companies.  Second he needs to reassure them he is not coming after them. Lastly he needs to collaborate with them for the transition to agree, The problem is with leftism no allowances can be made because the religion of liberalism states that their ideological opponents are evil and therefore cooperation with them is not permitted.

Are they still counting votes?

I was coming here to ask that exact question.  It's kind of hard to know what to invest in when you don't know if things will stagnate or if we're going to burn another 5 trillion for no reason.

I get that people like to clown on them, but remember when Florida was all fockedup....they learned from it and now they have fixed it. So we know it is possible they just need to dedicate themselves to it. Unfortunately people will attempt to pretend its anti-voter and what not...

You’re an election denier if you ask that. You’re also a threat to democracy if you dare point out that these late counts overwhelmingly favor one side. Be quiet Q conspiracy guy. You probably didn’t even go to college.

Is this your go-to question for newbs?

After the point of viability, in my mind there is 0 question there is an alive human that can survive without the mother.

That said, I understand there are extreme rare situations where it might be called for: both baby and moms life is on the line, kid is dead or has 0 chance to survive, etc.

To be clear, there is also a difference in what I believe, what my wife decided we would do as a couple, and what I think should be allowed to be available to others.

So you think, absent certain circumstances, that late term abortion is killing a child. I have that right?

This is a fun watch if you think Tucker is a kunt. Basically he says the Republicans didn’t lose because of Roe or bad candidates. They lost because of media bias and mail in voting.

Great monologue. I missed that one. Thanks for posting.

GC righties:   Don't you think it's a little concerning/sketchy that a week after the mid-terms the Biden admin loses the tuition bailout and their 2nd largest donor turns out to be a ponzi scheme crypto scam artist with deep ties to the dems and Ukraine?

GC "centrists":   Just coincidence!   Nothing to see here.    Now let's get back to talking about how republicans are going to destroy democracy and how you righties are such cultists that you can't even see what's happening right before your eyes!

Wow, just wow.

The student loan forgiveness isn’t “lost” yet, and likely didn’t even really help them in the elections.

And no, it’s not shocking that a crypto billionaire turned out to be a Ponzi scam artist.  Seems to be pretty common these days.  It’s also not shocking that a billionaire would donate to politicians he thinks will help him in the future.  Sorry guy.

How focked up is it that the Biden administration went as far as to set up a website amd have people register to get their money for their student loans? Actually telling them how much they would get? Well, it’s DOA now. Hell, it was never alive to begin with.

I don't, but planned parenthood talks in those terms, which includes abortions as part of their care and services provided as an example.

Just pointing out its not uncommon.

you know planned parenthood's numbers on abortions only include the actual abortion

the average abortion is 10 office visits that are counted as "maternal care"

And planned parenthood also do things for women that don't include abortions - e.g.  Birth control.   So a general description of what their services are isn't inaccurate.

Eta: I would take issue with someone getting an abortion and announcing they just got some maternal care or something like that.  I don't take issue with planned parenthood describing the totality of their services as such though.  I also have 0 clue what the pointvof this back and forth is.

Ladies and gentlemen. . .  your democratic party!!!

A whiney lib with no real world experience who virtues signals that they are going to save the world but they really have no idea how to make that work so it just ends up being a drug fueled orgy of not very attractive people who then steal your money/stuff and accomplish nothing and leave destruction in their wake.

There might not be a better living example of modern day democrats.     Well, except maybe for John Fetterman.

I looked this guy up. He’s supposedly a 30-y/o billionaire CEO, albeit of a cryptocurrency exchange. Weird example of a whiny lib with no real world experience.

Hice lost GOP primary in GA to Raffensberger

Masteriano in PA

Michels in Wisconsin

Cox in Maryland

Lake (most likely) in Arizona

Not too mention like 4 or 5 secretary of state candidates who were election deniers and lost.

WONDERFUL

He did supposedly have real world experience and was making six figures out of college trading.

Doesn't mean he was qualified to run a multi-billion dollar company, but c'mon people, can't we have a story about a weirdo scam artist that lost a billion+ dollars in less than a week and may be single handedly responsible for killing people's trust in cryptocurrency without making it about political conspiracy theories?

Raffensberger didn’t run for governor. And all those states are blue or purple. It’s not a surprise.
