GutterBoy 2,898 Posted August 16, 2023 It's tomato and corn season in NJ, doesn't get much better. There is a local place that makes a corn pizza. White pie with corn and jalapeno, delish. Cucumber, onion, tomatoes and jalapeño cut into pieces and lightly tossed in Olive Garden dressing with a dash or red wine vinegar is a common side in our house during the growing season. We used to vacation in LBI until the weekly rental went from $8,500 to $18,000 in 2 years. There were signs all over for the BEST EVER and GREAT Jersey corn and we got suckered for a few years until we realized the taste wasn’t as good as we get at home.
