She's not unqualified, and DEI doesn't mean hiring unqualified people.  You just don't like her because she's a strong black woman who is smarter than you.

Let's just tell the truth here.  Conservatives don't care about academic integrity.  This isn't a fight to vet the qualifications of higher education leadership.  It's a fight against DEI and a struggle as white men to keep their "rightful" positions of power.  Clear as day.
