Mike Hunt 275 Posted June 12 Not sure if this is the cause but someone reported on the ground it looked like the flaps were not set to takeoff. Other than catastrophic engine failure due to things like bird strikes this type of crash usually has something to do with pilot error or weight distribution. That seems to be the case is many of these types of crashes when the plane doesn't get lift quick enough. God I hope that isn't true. But could be a pilot error thing.
